Holistic Wellness Consultation
We are all individuals and have unique biochemistries and needs. Our Bioenergetics system can identify imbalances (stressors) specific to your body so that our skilled practitioners can then develop a personalized strategic health plan just for you that taps into your innate ability to self-heal. With its holistic approach, this service is the entry point for most new clients.
Mind Body Spirit Release (MBSR)™
Do you ever feel stuck? Whether we like it or not, our thoughts and actions are ruled by our subconscious minds, which is ruled by emotion and reaction/memory from trauma. Holistic Therapy Services

Those who receive Holistic Therapy are looking for skills utilizes meditation, breath-work, EFT/Tapping, Cognitive Behavioral principals, and more, as well as two powerful technologies, Biofeedback and Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation to positively rewire the brain and nervous system.
